Isaac Whitman – Acting Director / Campus Missionary

Isaac first got involved at Christian Challenge as a freshman in 2016. Isaac joined the leadership team and helped lead life groups and worship. Then, through serving and being discipled, God gave him a desire to make disciples rather than pursuing a different career. This led to him interning at Christian Challenge under Paul Damery from 2020-2024 after he finished his degree in Wildlife Management and beginning work on a Master’s of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2022. When Paul left in the summer of 2024, Isaac took over as the campus missionary.

Isaac married Juliana on August 10th, 2024. While they first met at church, they really got to know each other when she started coming to Christian Challenge. They both love the outdoors, coffee and adventures and are excited to lead many adventures and trips with the college students.
